Score and Sound Design for a Tribal Combat Scene

The project was part of my thesis on sound design for live-action role-playing. A few years earlier, I had joined the Dragonbane LARP as a volunteer sound designer. This massive-scale game took place deep in the forests of Sweden. I also contributed to the concept and synopsis of the short film. As sound designer, my responsibilities included creating the musical world for the game’s characters and partially developing a ritualistic musical culture.

Indiana Jones Scene – Sound Design and Score Remake

Sound design project for a course assignment: the idol cave sequence from Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark.

This project involved collaborative sound design, including foley and selected effects. I acted as executive sound designer—composing the music, compiling all elements, mixing, and mastering the final soundtrack.

Music Production and Sound Design for an SFX-Demo

Sound design and music production for the first Dragonbane video. Explosions were sourced from a low-quality DV recording of an earlier live-action role-play event and heavily processed to fit the context. Perttu Leinonen served as assistant sound designer.

Eventually, I acted as the sound designer and music producer for Dragonbane.
